Look, I get that y'all are across the US, but the service was not IT! I paid $50 for shipping and I got my order like 2.5 weeks late... I needed the stuff for work, and was unable to get it on time. When I called about a refund for shipping, I was offered $15/50... that to me was pretty sucky. I just wish I had received better care, because if you could've had a consistent customer (because I actually like the products).... But why would I reorder if I can't trust the shipping process?
