The wells are 7 quarts in size and there is the ability to control the temperature with an adjustable thermostat. This unit also has one hinged inset lid and a stainless steel pump. This gives you the option of letting customers pump out your hot fudge or caramel instead of using a ladle. There is also a long handled ladle that is included, as well.
