Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. That email contains everything you need to track your package and stay up to date on your delivery.

How to track your order

Option 1: Use your shipping confirmation email

1. Open the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address you used at checkout.
2. Look for the Track your order button or link in the email.
3. Click the link to open your live order status page, which shows your shipment's current location and estimated delivery date.

Option 2: Enter your order details

1. Find your order number in your original order confirmation email (it starts with #).
2. Have the email address you used when placing the order ready.
3. Visit our order status page and enter both pieces of information to view your shipment details.

Shipping times

We ship to customers across the United States. Most orders are delivered within 6 days of being fulfilled. Please allow a little extra time during peak seasons or holidays.
