Restocking Fees

A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the price of processing the items back into stock. This charge is 20% of the item(s) price for items delivered to commercial locations and 30% for residential locations.

Returns for Commercial and Residential Customers

Similarly, not all Special Order products or merchandise shipped directly from the manufacturer (“Drop Ship Products”) can be returned.
